When you call us and talk to anyone in the shop you are talking to an avid cyclist who spends all day working with products for every type of cycling and has logged thousands of hours in the saddle. These same folks spend all week working on the bikes of over 100 racers we sponsor through the EWeb, OSU Racing, and other teams. But most importantly, you will have a person interested in how you ride and how to help you.

You will not find better service

When you call us, you will catch the drift that we are here to help - no bs. We will never recommend something that will not help you achieve your objectives. We have a wealth of experience with the products on this site and thousands of others not listed. We know when a product is "stupid light" for your needs or when your budget could be better spent in another area to better meet your goals. Then, if you choose to make a purchase from us we will back the product and your satisfaction 100%. A lot of shops give this lip service but how many will ship you replacement parts on a moments notice or do substitutions when a product just did not work for you?


We will make it worth your while

Finally, pricing is important to us all - we shop our vendors fanatically just as we know you do. If you have price match requests, we will go to great lengths to honor quotes you have received from other bike shops. And, as always, you will never pay a cent for sales tax with Full Cycles.
